work in progress: Elmore Addition

This project transforms a classic 1930s Tudor residence in Park Ridge to better support a growing family of four while honoring the home's original charming character. A thoughtfully scaled rear addition introduces a new primary suite above the garage-turned-family room, seamlessly expanding the home's living space.

A new rear deck is carefully designed to preserve and celebrate an existing mature oak tree with a new masonry garage located at the rear of the property.
