work in progress: The Outside Design Studio
This project transforms a neglected CMU garage along Belmont Avenue into a vibrant new space for The Outside Design Studio. The front yard serves as a living showcase for their work, while rear alley access provides a functional loading area and dedicated outdoor plant storage. The project demonstrates how thoughtful design and adaptive reuse can reimagine an overlooked urban building down on its luck into an inspiring, hardworking space for The Outside Design Studio.
